Websites need to be updated frequently.  Updates keep your information accurate, your content relevant and your clients coming back for more.  Weekly or monthly updates can also do amazing things for you search engine results.

I try my best to build every site in such a way that the client can maintain it, should they choose to.  But not every client wants to spend their valuable time keeping up with a web site when they can pay someone else to do it.  Some of my clients choose to have me bill them hourly while others pay me a retainer to meet weekly and always keep something changing on their site.  Either way, they save valuable time and energy best spent in their chose field of business, instead of mine.
